Support Miro
Dear Friends,
In addition to our continued commitment to new works and open studios, we have expanded and enriched our residency and partnership with Girard College, a school for children from low-income single parent families. We are proud to say that our program, where we introduce our unique approach to dance and video to students from grades 6 through 10, was instrumental in Girard College being named the best private school for performing arts in the city of Philadelphia. Investing in the future through children and the arts is as important now as it has ever been, and we are dedicated to bringing creative thinking and expressive skills to tomorrows' leaders.
This has been a great year for the company, performing abroad, connecting with our Philadelphia community, and seeing our creative and organizational infrastructure develop. With a unified artistic vision, a truly energized and innovative board of directors, and a strategic business plan that addresses the current economic climate, we are confident in our ability to lead Miro into the coming years. At the end of the day, our work still depends on people like you. Your dollar support will go a long way with Miro. Support us with a tax deductable donation that feels right for you. We promise to turn your support into brave new works, a creative future through the children we teach, and a shared experience through free monthly events in our studio.
