BOARD MEMBER, Dr. Barry N. Lurie is a strategic planning and management consultant focused on using information to create competitive advantage. He has over 20 years' experience in solving business problems with information management technology, utilizing skills in business analysis, and project management, and problem solving with emphasis on strategic and tactical planning, business process redesign, implementation management, and program management.

Currently, Barry is working with Performing Arts organizations on strategic planning, and teaching strategic planning to MBA students at Saint Joseph's University (Philadelphia PA). He has spent much of his career with Unisys Corporation, holding leadership positions in consulting, marketing, and product development. He has built highly successful consulting and systems integration practices, including P&L management and application development.

Dr. Lurie is a sought after speaker, writer, and well-respected thought leader on applying technology for sustained competitive advantage. He was one of the leaders in the development and deployment of Unisys imaging strategy and has served as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Association of Information and Image Management (AIIM). Barry was cited as one of the 50 most influential people in the Enterprise Content Management industry by a major industry publication.

Barry holds a Ph.D. degree in Physical Chemistry from Bryn Mawr College, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He is also a certified Master and Laureate of Information Technology (awarded by AIIM), a member of Sigma Xi (the Scientific Research Society), Mensa, and an active participant in the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce Business Volunteers for the Arts program.
