Posted August 29th, 2008
Miro has been chosen to take part in a juried showcase at the Performing Arts Exchange. We will be remounting the company's acclaimed 2005 work, Hurdy Gurdy, a unique and abstract interpretation of the life and music of composer Gustav Mahler featuring music reinvisioned by Uri Caine and Pete M. Wyer, at the Rialto Center for the Arts in Atlanta, Georgia on September 25th. Miro was awarded a PennPAT Technical Assistance Grant to support our journey down south.
